Stephen Albert aka Challenger, according to the article which was posted on May 18, 2022, thanked Construction and Industrial Equipment
(CIE) Ltd for a job well done on the St Jude’s Highway which was recently
completed. “I would like to thank Rayneau Construction [CIE] and the Government
of St Lucia for a job well done,” He told the news agency.
It was this very gentleman
who staged a one-man protest back in December 2021 about the horrible
conditions of St Jude’s Highway then.
Stephen Albert mentions that his ride on the newly-paved
