As we come to the close of another year, I want to pause and say a heartfelt thank you.

First and foremost, to our team members across the Rayneau Group of Companies—this year’s progress is your work. Whether on job sites, in stores, behind the scenes, on the road, or at the planning table, you showed up every day with commitment, resilience, and pride. Your dedication is the backbone of everything we do, and it does not go unnoticed.

To our customers, thank you for choosing Rayneau time and time again. Your trust challenges us to keep improving, to keep investing, and to keep delivering solutions that make a real difference in your homes, businesses, and communities. We do not take that trust lightly.

This year, like many before it, came with its share of challenges. Rising costs, shifting markets, and changing demands tested us. But they also reminded us who we are. Through teamwork and adaptability, we continued to move forward—quietly, deliberately, and with purpose.
