Today, May 1st, we join the rest of Saint Lucia and the world in celebrating May Day — a day set aside to honour workers everywhere. And here at the Rayneau Group of Companies, we’re especially proud to shine the spotlight on our own hardworking team who continue to build not just businesses, but better lives.
In 2025, as the cost of living continues to rise, we’re not just watching from the sidelines — we’re stepping up. We recently announced across-the-board salary increases from 5% to 20% for all staff, with subcontractors also included. Why? Because we believe in rewarding excellence, and because at Rayneau, people come first.
Our team members don’t need to unionize to be heard or treated fairly. From the shop floor to senior management, everyone is valued, respected, and offered real opportunities to grow. Many of our current managers started right at the bottom — proof that hard work is always seen and appreciated here.
So today, we say a big thank you. Whether you drive the trucks, pack the shelves, operate machinery, manage our sites, or serve our customers — you make Rayneau what it is. Your commitment, grit, and passion are the foundation of everything we do.
