  1. This is truly encouraging news for Dominica! It’s great to see Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and his delegation getting a firsthand view of the progress at the Upper River Bank Housing Development Project. The steady pace of construction under Mr. Rayneau Gajadhar and the team at Construction and Industrial Equipment Ltd reflects strong leadership and commitment.

Developments like this, along with the Stone Village Apartments, demonstrate tangible progress in expanding quality housing options for citizens while also creating valuable commercial spaces to support economic growth. These projects are clear signs of continued investment in community development and national advancement. Wishing the team continued success as work progresses!
