Here is a testimony from a person in the Government Caretaker Program. Its a fantastic machine, I have about 0.75m of road-side to cut monthly and am delighted I chose the Makita. Its very easy to start and easy to operate. The best thing is its so quiet and fuel efficient. The oil use is non existant being a 4 stroke. The line is very simple to install and the best thing is it comes with a tap feed line or a blade for really tough going although I do prefer the line .
