What was once a national wound, left open for far too long, is finally being dressed with action, accountability, and purpose.

And leading that charge is none other than Rayneau’s Construction and Industrial Equipment (CIE) Ltd., whose unwavering commitment has brought not just progress, but a renewed sense of hope to the people of Saint Lucia.

As of April 2025, the hospital’s reconstruction is well underway. Key buildings stand tall, nearing completion. The surgical and east wings are progressing steadily, and state-of-the-art medical systems are being installed to meet the demands of modern healthcare.
