It was a refreshing change of pace on the last morning's Street Vibes. A young man said he was compelled to shift his usual course of action and extend a well-deserved acknowledgment to Mr. Rayneau Gajadhar, the Government of Saint Lucia, and the dedicated crew at Construction and Industrial Equipment (CIE).

"Mr. Gajadhar, I
must give kudos where they are due. When there are shortcomings, I am not
hesitant to point them out, but today, I am delighted to commend the remarkable
work you have undertaken, particularly in the Dennery area. The road from La
Caye Bridge all the way to Fond Dor stands as a testament to your commitment to
excellence. It is indeed a beautiful road, impeccably executed.
What truly resonates with me is the dedication exhibited by you and your children, tirelessly working throughout the night illuminated by lights. The seamless management of traffic by your children, without the need for police intervention, is nothing short of commendable. Additionally, I extend my appreciation to the young lady from the Ministry of Infrastructure for her diligent oversight, ensuring that your work aligns with contractual obligations.” He said.

Beyond the stipulations
of the contract, Mr Gajadhar has exemplified a sense of community
responsibility by going above and beyond to clean the surrounding areas. To the
residents of Dennery, he urged them to recognize and appreciate the efforts of
their own in enhancing our infrastructure.
“To fellow
contractors like C O Williams, Namalco, and others, I implore you to take a leaf
out of Rayneau's book. Take a drive on that road, witness firsthand the quality
of workmanship, and you will understand the standard that has been set.” He continued
He concluded with, “Let it be known that this is not a paid endorsement; rather, it is a genuine expression of admiration for the exemplary work undertaken by Mr. Gajadhar and his team. Thank you for your commitment to excellence, and may your efforts serve as inspiration for others in the industry.”
