Position: Maintenance and Service Personnel

As a Maintenance and Service Personnel member at Rayneau Rentals & Sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our equipment. Here's a glimpse into the responsibilities and qualifications for this exciting opportunity:

Responsibilities:

  1. Equipment Maintenance: Follow up on all stock and sold equipment to guarantee adherence to maintenance best practices.
  2. Service Timeliness: Ensure service times are consistently met and maintained to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  3. Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on equipment service and warranty issues, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Inspections: Conduct thorough equipment inspections as necessary, ensuring safety and reliability standards are met.
  5. Parts Assistance: Collaborate with parts personnel, assisting with spare parts requirements and staying familiar with general heavy equipment parts consumables.
  6. Customer Liaison: Establish effective communication channels with service technicians and customers to facilitate repairs and address concerns promptly.
  7. Field Service Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the field service department, including servicing and repairing heavy construction equipment on-site.
  8. Quoting and Scheduling: Provide quotes to customers, schedule maintenance tasks, and collaborate seamlessly with co-workers to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in heavy construction equipment maintenance and service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer and company sites for repairs and reports.
