BIRTHDAY GREETINGS TO AN AWESOME LEADER WITH A BIG HEART!!

Today marks the birthday of the Team Leader, and CEO of Rayneau Group of Companies Ltd, Rayneau Gajadhar. In celebration of his birthday we take the liberty to give you a sneek peek into just a few of the entrepreneurial projects he has delivered over the years.

Mr Gajadhar believes in giving back to the community, especially when it serves a good purpose - in so doing he makes the community a better place to live. Giving back is in his DNA. Sit back, read on, and enjoy!

1 -  On Saturday June 18, 2022, at the La Clery Community Centre, Rayneau Group of Companies Ltd presented over $20,000.00 to aspiring young entrepreneurs from the Castries North Constituency, as an incentive to further their entrepreneurial skills and talents showcased at the Youth Expose which was held earlier this year Want to know more, click here.

Mr Gajadhar further pledged to give back to each awardee, “50% of their profits at the end of the first year, if proper accounts are kept.”

2 - The presentation of a needy piece of equipment by the Team Leader of Rayneau Group of Companies, Mr  Rayneau Gajadhar to the Special Services Unit(SSU) of the Royal St Lucia Police in the wake of Tropical Storm Gonzalo could not be more timely. Read more here.

3 - Mr Gajadhar is happy to be to be associated with the Roblot Government Cimbined School in completing this building. He believes that many schools are experiencing budget cuts and these cuts often include the elimination of support services for students.

4 - Every year during the months of July – August his company selects organizations or facilities to rehabilitate their infrastructure "Pro Bono." This year he has chosen to assist the St Lucia Red Cross Society and the Bexon Infant School which assist victims of tragedy and foster the education of our nation’s children respectively.

a)  Throughout the early part of July there’s been a flurry of activity at the Bexon R C Infant School building as it undergoes a significant face-lift in its 40 year history. Thanks to Mr Gajadhar's Construction and Industrial Equipment Ltd.   Read more here.

 b)   During the early part of July, a crew from Construction and Industrial Equipment Ltd (CIE Ltd) has been on the St Lucia Red Cross Society grounds at Vigie scrubbing down the building by pressure washing it to remove cracked paint and blisters to prepare the structure for a fresh coat of paint.  Read more here.

5 - Mr Gajadhar’s act of generosity was directed at the Micoud Secondary School. After being contacted by the school authorities, the Team Leader of Construction and Industrial Equipment Ltd (CIE Ltd) donated about 100 graduation gowns and caps totaling a sum of approximately $15,000.00 to the school for their 27th Graduation Exercise for the students of “Class of 2016.” Each gown displays the company’s logo on the left upper side. Read about it here.

This kind of community involvement by Mr Gajadhar, still continues. At an earlier time schools like the Carmen Renee Memorial, Camille Henry, Fond Assau Primary School, the Central Police Station in Castries and a sickbay at the Corinth Secondary School have also benefitted from projects that have been done through Mr. Gajadhar's "big heart of giving."

While many philantropists may openly boast of their contributions to society Rayneau Gajadhar  is a rare exception. He is of this class of entrepreneurs that speaks little. He rather maintains the philosophic principle,  "Let my work  speak for itself."

Mr Gajadhar's dedication, determination, and vision inspire us to always give of our best. We appreciate having someone wonderful like him at the helm of affairs.

The entire team at Rayneasu Group of Companies Ltd.,wishes our Team leader Happy Birthday!  We pray on this birthday that he enjoys sound health and peace. May the year ease all his responsibilities and help all targets to be met.
