 We at Rayneau Group of Companies Ltd observe  the month of April this year as the 26th Anniversary of our sister company, Construction and Equipment Ltd. (CIE Ltd) - The signature construction company within the group

Construction and Industrial Equipment Limited after 26 years of operation, it is still considred as one of St Lucia’s leading companies within the construction sector both locally and regionally. In recognition of this monumental achievement, Construction and Industrial Equipment Team leader Mr Rayneau Gajadhar is grateful for his team’s hard work and the strategies and activities  of the company that have enabled it to reach this milestone.

Construction and Industrial Equipment Ltd started activities on April 4, 1995 as part of the Rayneau Group of Companies, the largest private sector investor in various industries in Saint Lucia.

 The projects that we carry out include construction of hotels, bridges, schools, road works, water works as well as commercial, retail and residential projects

Throughout its 26 years in business,CIE has been committed to its corporate social responsibility in that the company has donated to students' education, marginalized groups and public institutions. Our efforts to give a facelift to the Bexon Infant School, the Red Cross Building and the construction of a reading center at the Roblot Combined School, as well as a Chainsaw to the St Lucia's SSUduring last year;s hurricane season, just to name a few, can  attest to CIE’s philanthropic endeavors.

Although the construction industry in Saint Lucia dropped by 9.9% last year, we continued to provide our services at the highest level to both the public and private sectors. We aim to continue doing so through:
