Stay Connected With Your Equipment Always With Hi-Mate!

Have you ever thought that by simply using your phone or laptop, you could view and manage operating information, activate alarms and view reports such as alarm incidents and maintenance status of your Hyundai equipment? Well, look no further. Rayneau Rentals and Sales brings to you the Hyundai’s Remote Management System - Hi-Mate!

Hi-mate, Hyundai’s newly developed remote management system, utilizes GPS-satellite technology to provide customers with the highest level of service and product support available. Hi-mate enables users to remotely evaluate machine performance, access diagnostic information, and verify machine locations at the touch of a button.

The Hi-Mate collects information from Hyundai construction equipment at any time and any location and sends it to HHI’s main server, where the information is analyzed. The analysis allows HHI to send any required spare parts the moment that they are needed, reducing maintenance time. The system also enable users to evaluate machine performance such as fuel consumption, coolant temperature, pump pressure etc. which helps keep construction equipment in the optimal condition. (See video below)

The Hi-Mate also uses GPS satellite to track the location of construction equipment. This, combined with the ability to restrict equipment operation, will help prevent illegal usage and theft of construction equipment.

With this system, customers can easily check their operator’s driving habits. They can also check their Excavator’s maintenance condition via their personal computer. This will allow dealers to reduce their inventory of parts while decreasing the time required to ship needed replacement parts. The accurate diagnosis of second-hand Excavators will also help to increase the customer’s level of trust.
