While remembering our fallen colleagues, Darren,Jude, Simon and Kim, we should remember them for the things they did. The
things they did are the most important things of all. They are more important than
what they said or what they looked like. The things they did outlast their mortality.
The things they did are like monuments that people build to honour heroes after they've died. They're like the pyramids that the Egyptians built to honour the Pharaohs. Only instead of being made out of stone, they're made out of the memories people have of them. That's why their deeds are like their monuments. Built with memories instead of with stone.

Final thoughts. You're sadly missed along life's way, quietly remembered every day....no longer in our life to share, but in our hearts, you [Darren, Simon,Kim and Jude] are always there.
