In his New Year's Message to his employees, CEO/Team Leader of RG Group of Companies Ltd, Mr Rayneau Gajadhar praised the employees' love and passion for the work they do, as it manifested in the successes which his company incurred in 2016.

Mentioning briefly some of the 2016 achievements of the company he went on to encourage his employees that "With our strong, motivated team working together, we can surely make our goals happen."

The CEO/Team leader reiterated that 2017 "will be a very special year."

Below is the full text of his New Year's message: 

"We are approaching the end of another year, one that has brought much success to our company. These are our rewards of our endless hours of labour - the true sign of love and passion for the work we do. I believe 2016 was a good year for us.

When we look back on 2016, we can certainly count our successes in our industry.

• ·         Our frequent store promotions – Meet Santa being outstanding
• ·         The HIA Apron and Turn Bay project
• ·         The Blue Diamond project
• ·         Philanthropic works – Bexon Infant School, Red Cross building, etc.
• ·         Completion of the Banse/La Haut and Laborie Village Rehab road project
• ·         Upgrades of facilities/equipment including staff training

Just to name a few.

 Being at the helm of RG Group of Companies Ltd is both a privilege and a responsibility. I am determined to do the very best this upcoming year. With our strong, motivated team working together, we can surely make our goals happen. As we end another year, let’s be more positive. We look forward to 2017 being a very special year as we continue to expand and create opportunities for all.

At Construction & Industrial Equipment Ltd (CIE Ltd), we’re happy to see another successful year come to a close here in Corinth and as we reflect on all of the successes of 2016, we can’t help but be excited for what’s to come in the New Year. Between the completed projects and those underway, we’re proud of our team for another year of hard work and are thankful for everyone, from our engineers to our general workers, for their dedication to making  CIE Ltd great. This past year our team has been hard at work constructing new roads, airport works, hotels, and more.

Thanks to our twenty plus years of experience, hardworking crews, and our highly skilled engineers/contractors/general workers, we know that we’ll  be able to tackle any project that comes our way in 2017. As we look forward to the next year, we’re excited to see the completion of our works at the Royalton St Lucia project and all of the other projects that nationals and visitors will be able to enjoy for years to come. At Construction and Industrial Equipment Ltd, we’re proud of the work we’ve done and we’re even more excited to have another great year in 2017. Christmas - It's That Feeling Of Giving To Others

It's that time of year again. The festive season has come and with it all the joys of Christmas. But what is the real meaning of Christmas? Is it the gifts under the tree, the lights in the windows, the cards in the mail, fleshy dinners with family and friends, bamboo bursting in the yard, Christmas lights flashing in the balcony, the "lasewenals", and shouts of "Merry Christmas" to those who pass us in the streets? Is this really Christmas?

As far as I can tell, the true meaning of Christmas comes with spending time with friends and family. It's about being thankful for what you have, coming together as a community, decorating trees as a family, and for Christians it's also about religion and the birth of Jesus.

Charles Dickens says, "Christmas typically brings to mind a period of festivities, indulgence, family gatherings and generosity, but it hasn’t always been."

Of course, gift-giving is an important aspect of Christmas and it's always nice to get lots of beautifully wrapped presents, but that shouldn't be the sole focus of Christmas. Expensive, store-bought gifts aren't the only things that you can give. For example, it's always a sweet gesture to make a card yourself or bake cookies. Instead of focusing on receiving gifts, it's also good to think about what you can give -- not just gifts, but also your time, kindness, and love.

Buck Owens in one of his Christmas songs, "It’s Not What You Give" says. "It’s not what you give that really matters or how much money you may pay. It’s that feeling of giving to others. That’s what makes Christmas such a pretty day."

For many people, Christmas is a time of sorrow. They don't have the extra money to buy presents for their children, family, and friends. Many are saddened at Christmastime when they think of their loved ones who will not be able to come home for various reasons. Pork or Beef dinners may be only a wish and not a reality for some. For such persons we must bring out this love and giving heart in us to help make their Christmas a pleasant one as well.

A famous writer said, "Finding the real joy of Christmas comes not in the hurrying and the scurrying to get more done. We find the real joy of Christmas when we make the Savior the focus of the season. To catch the real meaning of the spirit of Christmas, we need only drop the last syllable, and it becomes the Spirit of Christ."

All customers holding a registered Rayneau Key Ring will a have a chance to WIN $500 in-store shopping spree, anytime they shop with Rayneau Construction & Industrial Products Ltd. The more times the customer shops and spends, the better their chances of winning. 

Most of our RCIP Ltd customers have been issued a Rayneau key ring with a unique number. This unique key ring number is registered in our POS system on the customer’s account.

How does the customer qualify to WIN?
